Buzz is a member of the Purdue" Old Grey Muzzle" gang!
CH
Asgard's Dive
Bomber, CDX, RE, PT, NAJ, JHD, CI, CST, TT, V with Breeder-Owner,
Glenn Pollock. Buzz recently celebrated his 13th birthday with a
weekend with many of his relatives at a Gala Birthday Celebration which
included doggy birthday cake, a milk-bone treat hunt, a swimming party, toys
for all, and a group bath session, Buzz has earned his PT and JHD (AKC & AHBA) herding
titles. Buzz loves to herd 'his' sheep and/or 'his' cattle.
He completed his AKC CDX (Open obedience) title, and he
is among the first dogs in the country to complete his AKC Rally Novice (RN)
title. He has already earned his Novice Agility Jumper title (NAJ),
his ARC Carting Started (CS) and Carting Intermediate (CI) titles at our own
ARC Approved Carting Test judged by Mrs. Jan Cooper from Anaheim, CA, and
Buzz earned the first CST (carting team on-lead) at the 2001 ARC National
with a first in the class. Buzz is a very sweet boy and just loves to
give soft kisses and 'hugs' to anyone he meets, including an occasional
sheep. He also participated in school programs and delighted the children by
walking on his hind legs or dressing up as Santa Paws for Christmas school
visits. Buzz also participated in a program "Cart
Rides For Cancer' and raising money for cancer by pulling children for cart
rides. Buzz passed his CERF eye exam, again, at age 7 1/2.

Left: "Buzz," CH
Asgard's Dive Bomber, CDX, PT, RE, NAJ, JHD, CI, CST, TT, finished his AKC CH with 3
majors. Buzz is out of "Breck," Asgard's
All American (Ember's 'A' litter) and Jewel. Buzz has a very
sweet disposition. He just loves everyone. He enjoys the water, playing ball,
herding and meeting people. He is quite a clown, and once when Jim and I were
sitting at our pedestal kitchen table, and Jim refused to pet Buzz,
Buzz
climbed into my lap and then onto the kitchen table, across the table and right into Jim's
'face.' He lives with our other male in our home, and they eat, play and sleep
together. He also enjoys puppies and when we have any litters, he is often seen in
the puppy area licking faces and keeping them clean. Buzz is OFA (hips)
"Good," and he has also passed his CERF and TT. Buzz is always handled by
his good friend, "uncle" Walter Kuberski, PHA/CPH. Buzz got his nickname
because he was just buzzing around our yard one day, and so he was named
"Buzz." Pedigree, and links, below for Buzz and our 'D' litter.

Right: Littermates, Asgard's Dane Gabriel (with the halo) and Asgard's Dazzling Jazz pose for an angelic shot. Gabby is also OFA "Good." Gabby crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in March of 2005, and she was joined by her lifetime companion and her litter sister, Jazz, in November of 2006. Both are sadly missed by their families. Right: Asgard's Dizzy Dame, CD,
CGC, TDI demonstrates her agility skills for some local children. Dizzy and
her 'mom', Kellie, did a lot of work in local nursing homes and schools.
Dizzy earned her AKC CD title. Dizzy was OFA "Good." Dizzy
used to do "goofies' like her sire, and her mom, Kellie, was told, by an
obedience book author, that Dizzy was "an exceptional Rottweiler."
Dizzy has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She earned the title of BEST COMPANION and BEST AMBASSADOR for her breed. She is sadly missed by all of her friends and family until we meet again across the Rainbow Bridge. Asgard's Dizzy Dame, CD, CGC, TDI (7/21/96 - 1/6/03) |
